Leadership Citrus Heights is a dynamic, hands-on civic and professional development program designed to cultivate future leaders in the Citrus Heights community. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of local government, economic development, public safety, education, and the nonprofit sector.

The program connects emerging leaders with influential decision-makers, provides leadership training, and equips participants with the tools to make a lasting impact.
